Joel and his team installed a gooseneck hitch on my RAM 1500 short bed truck, which other service providers refused to do because of the difficulty of the job on this particular vehicle — and the price was half of what I was quoted by the dealership. When Joel found out that I was hiring a Lyft driver to bring me to pick up the truck after the job was finished, he insisted on coming to pick me up himself. From start to finish, with Kevin Scott in the sales department and Joel and his team in the service department, the customer service and quality of work was outstanding. Highly recommend.

This is for the Ocala, Florida location. NTS Ocala has a huge number of trailers available on their lot but I wanted something custom to haul an airplane. They helped me work through the ordering process and get the extra-wide ramp door, removable inner fenders, added height and other necessary details. They have a wealth of experience. I am happy I was able to get exactly what I was looking for specially built and delivered in less than 4 months. Photo is my rig hooked up for the first time.

Joel Saucier was great when I had to have storm damaged fixed on my Bison Quick Draw! He kept me informed of when parts where coming in, arranged for me to have the trailer for a weekend use, finished, fixed a few little things I just could not do ESPECIALLY making sure my heater blew HOT air. I would highly recommend! And I WILL be going back when I need service.

These folks went above and beyond to help us get our trailer repaired and get back on the road quickly. They answered our call and we’re eager to help, we called several trailer places in Ocala and we’re either put off or we’re told they couldn’t help us due to parts issues etc. We’re back on the road and headed to VA thanks to NTS!

The guys in the shop are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable on horse trailers and rvs!

I was on the road and had a unsafe lighting issue with a trailer. The staff here did a great job in diagnosing the problem and getting me back on the road quickly and safely. Their customer service is excellent and friendly. This is the second time they bailed me out and resolved my problem. I would go back to them for both service and sales anytime. A great company.
